Rana Cassar is a Psychological Associate (Supervised Practice) registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She completed her Master of Psychology (M.Psy.) in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School, and works under the supervision of Dr. Frida Marshi Nasser, C. Psych. Clinical and Rehabilitation Supervising Psychologist.

Bio:

 

Rana Cassar is a Psychological Associate C. Psych. (Supervised Practice) registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Rana demonstrates declared competency in clinical psychology, offering assessment and intervention across these domains for all ages.

 

Rana believes in a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic environment, where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She applies a multimodal approach, drawing on humanistic psychodynamic insights, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) strategies, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and the grounding presence of mindfulness to support healing and growth. Her practice is built on the belief that therapeutic change happens in partnership, and that every client holds the potential for resilience, insight, and meaningful transformation.
