Maeraj Syed is a psychology practicum student. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology with the highest distinction from Bangalore University, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Psychology Program at the Adler Graduate Professional School.
As a therapist, Maeraj's approach is informed by several evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma therapy.
